2. Digital Products (PDF Guides) – Strict No-Refund Policy

2.1. Immediate Delivery: All PDF guides, templates, and digital downloads are delivered immediately to your email or browser upon successful payment via Stripe or bank transfer.

2.2. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law): Under Article L. 221-28 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period does not apply to digital content that is downloaded or streamed immediately. By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you give up your right to cancel or request a refund once the digital file is delivered.

2.3. Personal Use License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, sharing, reselling, or using the content of these PDFs for your own commercial consulting purposes.

3. Premium Services (Mentorship & Application Reviews)

3.1. Scope of Work: The specific details, hours, and scope of any personalized 1-on-1 mentorship, strategy consulting, or university application review will be detailed separately. Work will only begin once payment has been cleared.

3.2. Mandatory Service Agreement: For high-ticket consulting and mentorship packages, you will be required to digitally sign a formal Service Agreement via email prior to the commencement of services.

3.3. Cancellation & Non-Refundability: Because 1-on-1 consulting directly allocates non-recoverable professional hours to your file, all service fees are strictly non-refundable once payment is processed or work has started.

4. Crucial Exclusion of Guarantees (No Admissions Liability)

4.1. Strategic Support Only: All digital products, mentorship calls, and document reviews provided on this website are strictly for informational and educational support.

4.2. No Guarantee of Admission: The final decision to accept or reject an applicant rests entirely and exclusively with the respective university admissions committees and regional visa authorities. We do not guarantee, promise, or warrant that you will be accepted into any university, academic program, or receive a student visa.

4.3. Limitation of Liability: EduRoute cannot be held legally or financially responsible for any rejected applications, missed university deadlines, or visa denials under any circumstances.

5. Prevention of Location & Tax Fraud

5.1. Location Verification: To comply with cross-border digital sales compliance, our payment processor (Stripe) automatically analyzes technical metadata, including your IP address and credit card issuer country, to verify your true geographical location.

5.2. Misrepresentation: Intentionally falsifying your billing country at checkout to manipulate local tax calculation or bypass regional pricing is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate revocation of your digital access without a refund.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
